The assessment includes a 30-minute workout and a Full Body Composition Analysis. This analysis is used by Tri-Athletes and is also known as Bio-Electrical Analysis. Through this analysis, we can get past the simple “pounds lost” tracking system. You will actually be able to track your progress, including fat percentage and muscle mass. This enables you to fully understand the composition of your weight.
Yoga Instruction

Group sessions are a great way to get the intense workout you are looking for in a motivational group setting. Whether you’re interested in personal training workouts or a group yoga session, Heydi is ready to encourage your group to achieve their fitness goals.
