Each Personal Training session strives to get the maximum benefit out of the time you put in. When you book your first session, you will receive a FREE Consultation & Wellness Assessment. This consultation will focus on the Four Pillars of Wellness: Sleep, Hydration, Exercise, & Nutrition.

The assessment includes a 30-minute workout and a Full Body Composition Analysis. This analysis is used by Tri-Athletes and is also known as Bio-Electrical Analysis. Through this analysis, we can get past the simple “pounds lost” tracking system. You will actually be able to track your progress, including fat percentage and muscle mass. This enables you to fully understand the composition of your weight.

Yoga Instruction

With a private yoga session, you have the benefit of learning the basics of yoga in the comfort of your own home. You will learn proper form, as well as deep meditation, breathing techniques, stress release, &mental relaxation. Choose from 3 types of yoga: Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, or Power Flow.

Gather a group of 2-4 friends or family to participate in your own private group session! Group sessions are a great way to get the intense workout you are looking for in a motivational group setting. Whether you’re interested in personal training workouts or a group yoga session, Heydi is ready to encourage your group to achieve their fitness goals.

TRX Training

Heydi is a Certified TRX Trainer. The TRX Suspension Trainer provides variety, incorporating balance and engaging your body more completely, achieving far greater benefits in the same time amount of time you would have spent working out doing something else. TRX utilizes straps, so you workout through the use of your own body weight. Heydi will help you learn the correct use of the tool as well as instruct you on proper form ensuring you have a safe and effective workout that’s personalized to your current capacity and strength. Available for all ages!

Our approach towards health and fitness is different from the rest. Heydi strongly believes that ” the body achieves what the mind believes” therefore her coaching approach focus on mindfulness towards habits of health in her client’s lifestyle. Focusing on 4 key aspects of wellness: Sleep, Hydration, Nutrition, and Exercise. Heydi is dedicated and committed to being a strong coach, supporter and reliable resource for all her clients.
