How does your business stand out?

Our wellness coaching approach is not “one size fits all”. Each client receives an in-depth assessment to determine individual needs and/or areas of concern. This assessment is then used to formulate a customized fitness program. Our main objective is to educate our clients on the fundamentals habits of health which will help them achieve optimal health.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

I enjoy helping clients become a better version of themselves. I would like to think of myself as a encouraging coach and partner who is there to push my clients to achieve their best and help them overcome any obstacle that might threaten their goals.

What’s your typical process to start working with new client?

We meet in person with our clients for a FREE 45-minute consultation. During this consult, we are able to learn a little more about them and get a clear understanding of their health and fitness goals.

What should customers know about your pricing?

We do not offer any type of contracts. Our pricing is based on the duration and number of sessions each client will require in a monthly period.

What types of clients have you work with?

Our client base is very diverse. Mainly females 18 – 75 years of age. We also offer group rates for couples, siblings, and friends. We limit group sizes to 6.
