About Heydi
Heydi’s journey in the health and fitness industry began as a Group Fitness Instructor 10 years ago. Her certifications include the following specialties: TRX – suspension training, Schwinn indoor cycling, Les Mills Body Pump, Zumba – dance fitness, Beach Body – Turbo Kickboxing and RYT 200 Yoga.
Heydi’s passion to help her students become a healthier version of themselves was the motivating factor for her to get certified as a personal trainer.
Heydi’s approach towards health and fitness is different from the rest. Heydi strongly believes that ” the body achieves what the mind believes” therefore her coaching approach focuses on mindfulness towards habits of health in her client’s lifestyle. Focusing on 4 key aspects of wellness: Sleep, Hydration, Nutrition, and Exercise. Heydi is dedicated and committed to being a strong coach, supporter and reliable resource for all her clients.
Yoga Instructor
Private yoga lessons are the perfect way to start your journey towards better health by fostering a daily yoga practice, all in the comfort and privacy of your home. With private lessons, you will be able to receive personalized attention based on your health goals, body type and lifestyle.

Heydi is a professional and master of teaching various forms of Yoga. Heydi offers the following types of Yoga or Yoga styles: Power Yoga Flow (a very active, athletic yoga practice), Vinyasa Yoga Flow (where each movement is synchronized to breath), & Restorative Yoga (focusing on opening the body through passive stretching).
Personal Trainer
Heydi has a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry. Her greatest passion is to help her clients achieve their fitness goals through coaching, motivation, & education and has dedicated her life to gaining a deep understanding of all things fitness, in order to best serve her clients. She truly believes that if she can inspire a belief in your ability to accomplish something, you can complete any task.
