This MRT circuit performed by my client Yolanda involves 6 moves that must be performed for 45-60 seconds, one after the other. Rest 1-2 minutes after completing the circuit.

Here are the moves:

1- Close grip Lat pulldowns (with a challenging, but doable, weight)
2- Plank up downs
3- Seated rows (with a challenging, but doable, weight)
4- Sumo burpees with bicep curls
5- Cable bicep curls
6- Squat with overhead press

** Please make sure to warm up 5-10 minutes prior to starting the circuit
